2021 Si Vintners Pekoe Pinot Noir - Margaret River, WA. 750ml
Coming from the same vineyard as Sophie, the decision to also make a red wine from these grapes was based on the firm belief that this vineyard has the capabilities of producing some high quality pinot noir. Hand harvested, destemmed with a small portion of whole bunch, two week fermentation followed by maturation in French oak.
