2019 Avani 'the Earth' Syrah. Mornington Peninsula-VIC. 750ml
The vineyard was planted in 1987 on the north facing slopes in Red Hill South. 4 hectares of exclusively Shiraz, the focus here is on making seriously good, lo-fi cool climate shiraz/syrah. Biodynamic, no filtering, fining or mechanical pumping of the wines. Wild yeasts are using and only minimal sulphur is added to the wine.
